TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS
THROUGH O.N.C.E.
Welcome to O.N.C.E., an intermediary service that facilitates hotel reservations for events and corporate stays, offering room blocks at preferential group rates.
By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2.1. Guests must complete the reservation form provided by O.N.C.E., including accurate information about their stay, such as name, room type (single or double), arrival and departure dates, and details of any additional rooms required.
2.2. Upon receiving the form, O.N.C.E. will forward the request to the hotel within the pre-agreed block.
2.3. The hotel will process the reservation and send a pre-confirmation email and a payment link to O.N.C.E.
2.4. O.N.C.E. will then forward the pre-confirmation and payment link to the guest, who should make payment directly to the hotel. It is preferred that the guest sends a copy of the payment receipt to O.N.C.E.
3.1. O.N.C.E. functions exclusively as an intermediary in managing reservations. We are not responsible for final room availability, rate changes, hotel errors, or any other issues related to accommodation services.
3.2. O.N.C.E. does not process payments; financial transactions occur directly between guests and hotels.
3.3. O.N.C.E. will make every effort to facilitate communication between the guest and the hotel but cannot guarantee specific reservation conditions or availability.
4.1. Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete information on the reservation form.
4.2. Payment for the reservation must be made through the link provided by the hotel within the timeframe specified in the pre-confirmation.
4.3. In case of cancellation or changes to the reservation, guests must contact the hotel directly, adhering to its cancellation and modification policies.
5.1. The hotel is responsible for providing the room according to the confirmed reservation and established policies.
5.2. Any issues related to the guest's stay, such as room changes, cancellations, or complaints, must be resolved directly with the hotel.
6.1. O.N.C.E. is not responsible for cancellations, availability errors, room overbookings, hotel system failures, or any other issues beyond its control.
6.2. O.N.C.E. is also not liable for refunds, penalties, or additional costs resulting from the cancellation or modification of a reservation.
By submitting the reservation form, the guest accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to comply with the outlined procedures.
