These external services and their contracting is the total responsibility of the client, with no responsibility for the Organizing Committee or ONCE.
Terms and conditions of service
I. DEFINITIONS.
1. The Organizing Committee: The Organizing Committee is made up of Amexfal, S.A. de C.V. and Enlace al Comercio, S.A. de C.V.
2. THE FORUM: Foro Mascotas Pet Food
3. THE EXHIBITOR: The company that contracts the commercial stand or stands.
II. PLACE, DAYS AND HOURS OF EXHIBITION.
a) Place of the expo: Hall Mexico I and II, Expo Guadalajara, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Address: Av. Mariano Otero #1499 CP.44550. Guadalajara Jal.
b) Exhibition days: Thursday June 27th from 10:00 hrs. to 19:00 hrs. and Friday June 28th from 09:00 hrs. to 15:30 hrs, Mexico City time.
c) Cocktail: Wednesday, June 25 and Thursday, June 26. Time: To be defined.
III. CHARACTERISTICS AND COSTS OF STANDS.

NOTAS / NOTES: | Todos los ingresos al área comercial tienen acceso a los dos cocteles y el box lunch del día 26, así como servicio de café. Los pases a conferencias y pases de cortesía para al área comercial, se entregarán en el módulo habilitado para ello. / All visitors to the commercial area have access to the two cocktail parties and the box lunch on the 26th, as well as coffee service and a raffle. Conference passes and complimentary passes to the commercial area will be issued at the module set up for this purpose. |
b) For the rental of with different measurements from those contained in item 4, a previous quotation will be provided.
c) The FORO will apply discounts in the hiring of stands, establishing reservation deadlines and payment deadlines (consult with the Organization).
f) In case of international transfer, there is an extra charge of 110 USD for bank commissions and exchange loss. It is suggested to pay with PayPal.
IV.ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY DAYS.
a) Assembly days: Wednesday, June 25, from 07:00 to 22:00 hrs. Assembly/Parking of loading units will have a limited time for unloading materials. If the company exceeds the assembly time limit, beyond 22:00 hrs. on June 25, the exhibitor must pay overtime directly to Expo Guadalajara.
b) Dismantling days: Friday, June 28, from 16:00 to 22:00 hrs. If the company exceeds the assembly time limit, beyond 22:00 hrs, the exhibitor must pay overtime directly to Expo Guadalajara. The site must be left completely clean, without garbage or leftover materials.V. DEPOSIT DATA.
The deposit information will be sent at the time of contracting the booth.
VI. OTHER CONDITIONS.
a) The booth will be considered rented once the STANDS REGISTRATION FORM has been filled out and the total deposit for this concept has been made. Cancellations may be made at least 60 calendar days prior to the event, with a charge of 30% of the total cost for administrative expenses. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the event will not be refundable.
b) The assembly and disassembly of institutional stands will be the responsibility of the company contracted by THE FORUM for such purpose.
c) It is forbidden to modify or move any of the booth modules without prior authorization from the organizers.
d) The institutional stand must be delivered to the organizers at the end of the event in the same condition in which it was received; otherwise, the contractor shall cover the cost derived from missing furniture or any damage caused to the same.
e) The organizers of THE FORUM are not responsible for the products and information that is exhibited, being total responsibility of the person who does it.
f) The exhibition of articles or information offensive to the attendees, or that degrades the objective of the event, is prohibited.
g) The exhibitor must comply with the additional rules established by Expo Guadalajara.
VII. CANCELLATIONS.
a) The organizers reserve the right to postpone, relocate or cancel the event for technical reasons, space, or any other cause of interest to THE FORUM.
b) In case of cancellation of the event, the organizers will reimburse the corresponding booth cost, except when the cancellation is due to force majeure, beyond the FORUM's control, such as flood, earthquake, pandemics, or other.
VIII. CUSTOM BOOTH DESIGN CONTRACTING.
a) The Exhibitor may hire the design and assembly company of its choice.
